OP3E: ENGAGE ENRICH EMPOWER

Our Team

OP3E is made up of men of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds, who have banded together and formed many Qavah groups. The Hebrew word 'qavah' has several definitions such as, "to bind together, gather, tarry, and hope for."

The root meaning is that of winding a strand of cord or rope, as we read in Ecclesiastes 4:12. As One we are a large Qavah, made up of many small Qavah's of 3 men per unit.

Our History

OP3E was birthed around a campfire in fall of 2020, after a church men's retreat. We were discussing the need for deeper men's discipleship, more biblical knowledge and awareness of scripture, along with answering God's call on our lives. The Holy Spirit spoke to us through the flames of that fire just as we read in Deuteronomy 4:36, and from that experience OP3E was formed!

Our Mission

In Operation 3E: Engage-Enrich-Empower, our goal is that through this lifetime mission of Eternal proportions, men would have a Disciplined Interactive Experience that would grow us into a very formidable force for God's Kingdom and His Glory!

not ONE CHURCH

At OP3E, we are represented in many churches in the surrounding area. We are a diverse group of men with a common Mission - to fulfill HIS great commission found in Matthew 28, to Go and Make Disciples. We are ONE body and ONE Spirit.

A BROTHERHOOD

At OP3E, we are NOT a social club or book club. We gather for purpose. For growth. For HIS glory. Yes, we read books. THE GOOD BOOK, first and foremost, but also other Christian literature to help engage, enrich, and empower the Believer.

We can only accomplish this through commitment and dedication to one another. Unity and accountability are vital.
