WoW is for every woman navigating this side of Heaven with the only instruction manual left to us - the Bible.
A diverse group of born again women (18 years and older) engaged in biblical discipleship, growing together in relationship, and in Christ. Lifting one another up through prayer, encouragement and intentional lessons for self growth within social and civic gatherings, as well as the more intimate circle of marriage and family. Creating a catalyst for continual growth for a believer at any stage of their life as friend, sister, wife, mother, grandmother or mentor. The monthly challenge concept skills are put into practice to encourage new positive behavior as we bestow biblical wisdom and support with a multi-generational model.
WoW is the Women’s Edition to OP3E - Operation Engage, Enrich and Empower. It is a “Disciplined Interactive Experience” that calls and challenges men of all ages to engage in an active relationship with Jesus and brothers of like passion. This original program is accomplished through the Holy Spirit with an ‘Apprentice/Journeyman/Master’ type model of discipleship.
The three-tier model is duplicated in WoW and renamed.
The Women’s Edition for ‘Apprenticeship’ is called Worthy, ‘Journeyman’ is Crowning and ‘Master’ is Throned.
Small groups will meet on week two via conference call to discuss the chapter analysis and stimulate honest and raw conversation. Small groups allow for deep confessions with the ability for everyone to engage within a set manageable time slot regardless of your location. Small groups have been assigned from WoW Admin. The groups will remain smaller for the ability for everyone to engage, discuss and input their thoughts within a set average timeframe of 40 minutes. Please answer and discuss small group questions, take prayer requests and pray during this time. Let the Holy Spirit lead you.
Groups are made up of three or more.
You are important to your group. If you do not engage or show up - you're leaving your strand weak.

I have been going to church since I was two months old. I have been a Christian for as long as I can remember. Recently though I haven’t exactly been living fully for the Lord. This was causing major depression and just not feeling like I have a purpose in life. The Lord has been laying Israel and everything going on with the war very heavy on my heart, but also a huge spirit of fear. In our chapter 6 it speaks about Indifference being a lack of concern and the Lord calling us not to be Lukewarm. “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or not. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.” Revelation 3:16. This stuck out to me like a sore thumb. I realized that I have been one foot in and one foot out. ... I also rededicated and surrendered everything to the Lord. No more being lukewarm. I am 100% all in! I believe the Lord is calling many of us who have been lukewarm to wake up! He needs us to fight for Him in battle and be warriors for Him. WOW has been amazing because not only do you have sisters in Christ praying for you and lifting you up, but you can be real and raw with one another without any judgement. Also, the lessons really make you think and definitely will bring you to your knees in conviction. God knew that I was going to read chapter 6 and talking about being lukewarm just the time I needed to hear it! Right when I felt like my world was crumbling around me. I hope this encourages others. It’s time to put on the full armor of God and be a strong warrior for Christ! We don’t not have to live in fear of what’s to come. “I am no longer a slave to fear, I am a child of God!” -B.T. "WoW has been a beautiful experience my spiritual journey! This group has not only deepened my relationship with Jesus, but has strengthened my connection with my sisters in Christ. Every month I was able to read deeper into God's Word and apply it to my daily life. The relationships built in this group have been such a blessing as we support each other in good or bad, through prayers and worship. It's a reminder that I am not alone in my walk with Christ. If you are looking to strengthen your faith, grow closer to Jesus, and build meaningful relationships, I can't recommend WoW enough!" - L.B. (Lorain)
"A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken."
This calendar breakdown gives a 2 month break during one of the holiest times of the year. At the month end of April, incoming Worthy recruits will receive their WOW collection and join in the graduation celebration for the group and the upcoming new stage.
What lies ahead…
It’s time for a new look for a new year! Crowning will be formatted in a new way for year two. Instead of a chapter book and self-study to read and journal each month, Crowning will transition the reading into a weekly devotional and continue with self-study in God’s Word and self-reflection journaling. Therefore, instead of 10 monthly chapters, each month will have 4 devotionals. The schedule will remain the same with several bye-weeks (rest weeks) due to the way the calendar falls.
The main change of leveling up from Worthy to the Crowing tier is that you will now be a mentor/handler to a Worthy - year one group. As you have successfully completed year one, you will be used to train, direct groups and spiritually lead/assist with prayer. You will ultimately be used to hold a small group accountable for meeting and encourage them to flourish. You will act like a spark to keep their groups flame burning. If at any time there is a time for assistance, Crowing ladies will rally around and unite in prayer.
Be the spark they need now, and the fire you needed then… and keep the fire burning.
